You agree not to misuse any information, intellectual property, or materials provided by Veloce. All materials shared by Veloce remain our exclusive property unless otherwise stated in the SOW.

4. Payments and Fees

Fees for our Services are outlined in the corresponding SOW. All payments are due as per the schedule specified in the SOW. Late payments may incur interest charges. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, such as VAT, which will be added to the invoice where required by law.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party during the engagement. This obligation of confidentiality will survive the termination of any agreement. We will not disclose your proprietary information to any third party without your prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Veloce provides its Services with professional skill and care. However, we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, such as securing funding or achieving specific revenue targets. Our liability for any claim arising out of our Services shall be limited to the total fees paid for the specific Service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the velocegrowth.it website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Veloce Growth Advisors S.r.l. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any frameworks, methodologies, or materials developed by Veloce during an engagement remain the intellectual property of Veloce, though the client receives a license to use them for their internal business purposes.

8. Final Provisions

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
